Slokoto includes a built-in calendar so your team can manage bookings without leaving the platform.
What it does
The Calendar area brings scheduling into the same workflow as follow-up:
- View booked meetings by day or month
- Switch between My and Team calendar views
- Create and manage meeting types
- Publish a public booking page for each rep
- Reschedule or cancel bookings from inside Slokoto
- Send tracked booking-link emails from the lead view
Bookings are tied back to the lead, so scheduled meetings, reschedules, and cancellations appear in lead history.
How to access it
There are two main entry points:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Calendar
- Open a lead and use the Bookings section to send a booking link or review booked meetings
Main areas inside Calendar
Dashboard
The dashboard gives you a quick summary of booking activity:
- Upcoming meeting visibility
- Total bookings in view
- Live status of the public booking page
- A fast way to jump into the calendar grid
Calendar
This is the main scheduling view.
- Switch between month and day
- Filter between My and Team
- Focus on one rep when needed
- Open lead records directly from booking cards
- Copy page links
- Reschedule or cancel meetings
Meeting Types
Meeting types define what prospects can book.
Each meeting type can have its own:
- Name and description
- Duration
- Slot interval
- Booking notice window
- Booking window length
- Location mode
- Availability schedule
Booking Page
Each rep can have a public booking page with:
- Public slug
- Headline
- Subheadline
- Confirmation message
- Timezone fallback
- Active or draft status
This page is what prospects see when they book.
Sending booking links from a lead
Inside the lead detail page, the Bookings section lets you:
- Choose a meeting type
- Add an optional note
- Send a tracked booking email
- Copy the direct booking page link
- Review past and upcoming meetings for that lead
Tracked booking emails support opens and clicks, so engagement with the booking link becomes part of the signal stream.
What happens after someone books
When a prospect books through the Slokoto page:
- The booking appears in the Calendar view
- The lead timeline is updated
- Confirmation and internal notification emails can be sent
- The rep can later reschedule or cancel from inside Slokoto
Team vs My view
- My view shows only your bookings
- Team view shows workspace bookings for users allowed to see the team calendar
Managers and admins can use Team view to monitor scheduling across the whole workspace.
Best practices
- Keep meeting types simple and clearly named
- Use notice and booking-window limits to avoid bad scheduling gaps
- Review the public booking page copy so it matches your sales motion
- Send booking links from the lead view when you want tracking tied directly to the lead
- Use the team calendar to spot conflicts, coverage issues, or unusual booking volume
