What is Slokoto?

Slokoto is the AI intelligence layer above your sales systems. With an external CRM such as Streak connected, that CRM remains the authority for opportunities, stages, owners, contacts, values, notes, and fields. Slokoto combines those facts with authorized communication evidence, ranks the work in Todo, explains what matters now, and prepares useful CRM comments for human approval.

How Slokoto works

  1. Connect your CRM and select the pipeline Slokoto should mirror.

  2. Connect authorized communication sources so Slokoto can understand the evidence around each opportunity.

  3. Slokoto prioritizes work by deciding which opportunities need action now and which should wait.

  4. You review and act using AI recommendations, drafts, source citations, and complete CRM context.

  5. The system stays aligned as CRM records and communication evidence change.

Main views

Todo

Your daily command center. This is where reps should spend most of their time.

Upcoming

Your scheduled follow-up and waiting list. Leads belong here only when they are not actionable yet.

Pipeline

Your CRM mirror with Slokoto intelligence overlays. In external-CRM mode, stages and CRM facts are read-only and every opportunity links back to its source record.

Lead View

Your deep-dive screen for one lead. Open it when you need the timeline, thread context, AI reasoning, assignment, and deal details in one place.

Automate

Your follow-up execution view. Use it to monitor active automations, approve half-auto drafts, and see which leads are moving through scheduled sequences.

Calendar

Your native scheduling layer. Use it to manage bookings, meeting types, booking pages, and rep calendars without leaving Slokoto.

Trash

Your list of leads that were intentionally removed from active workflow. Trashed leads do not appear in Todo, Upcoming, or Pipeline until restored.

Activity

Your trust and audit ledger. Use it to see what Slokoto observed, what AI analyzed, and what your team did.

Dashboard

Your metrics view for performance, pipeline health, and ROI.

Your first day

  1. Start in Todo and review the highest-priority items.

  2. Open Lead View when you need full context before replying.

  3. Use Pipeline to understand broader stage movement and ownership.

  4. Use Automate when a lead should move through a planned follow-up sequence.

  5. Use Calendar when the conversation moves into booking and scheduling.

  6. Use Upcoming to monitor what is scheduled or waiting.

  7. Trust the live updates after sends, replies, snoozes, restores, and bookings.

That is the operating model: Todo for action now, Upcoming for scheduled work, Pipeline for current CRM state, Lead View for full context, Automate for AI follow-up execution, Calendar for bookings, and Archive for leads removed from active work.
