Your daily command center for sales actions.
What it does
Todo shows leads that need attention now. Instead of juggling inboxes and notes, Slokoto brings the right lead to the top and explains why it matters.
If a lead does not need action right now, it should not stay in Todo. Scheduled follow-ups and waiting states belong in Upcoming until they are due again.
What you see
Each Todo item includes:
| Section | What you see |
|---|---|
| Priority | High, Medium, or Low with an urgency label |
| Lead Info | Name, company, and quick contact actions |
| Deal Info | Current stage, deal value, and source |
| Signals | What triggered the recommendation |
| Last Contact | How long since you last spoke |
| Suggested Action | What Slokoto recommends and why |
| Do It Button | Opens the action panel |
The lead name is clickable, so you can open Lead View for the full timeline before acting.
How to use it
1. Start from the top
Items are sorted by priority. High-priority items should be handled first.
2. Click Do It
This opens the action panel where you can:
- See why Slokoto flagged the lead
- Review the AI suggested reply
- Edit the draft to match your voice
- Open the Gmail thread directly
- Snooze or dismiss if needed
3. Reply and move on
Once you reply, Slokoto updates state automatically:
- Your outbound reply can move the lead into Upcoming if you are now waiting
- A customer reply can move the lead back into Todo immediately
- A scheduled follow-up moves back into Todo automatically when it becomes due
4. Move to the next item
Slokoto tracks what happened and keeps the list current.
Todo vs Upcoming
- Todo: Leads that need action now
- Upcoming: Leads with a future follow-up date or a waiting state
When a follow-up date arrives, the lead leaves Upcoming and returns to Todo automatically.
Filtering your Todo
Use the toggle buttons at the top:
- All: See everything
- Act Now: Urgent items only
- Today: Items for today
