Todo View

Your daily command center for sales actions.

What it does

The Todo view shows you leads that need attention now. Instead of juggling your email, call logs, and chat separately, Slokoto brings everything together and tells you exactly who to contact and why.

How it looks

Each Todo item shows:

How to use it

1. Start from the top

Items are sorted by priority. High priority / "Act Now" items should be handled first.

2. Click "Do it"

This opens the action panel where you can:

  • See why Slokoto flagged this lead
  • Review the AI Suggested Reply — a draft reply based on the customer's inquiry and your company's products, prices, and services
  • Edit the suggested reply to match your voice
  • Click "Reply in Gmail" to open the email thread directly — paste or adjust the draft and send
  • Use Snooze to come back later, or Dismiss if not relevant

3. Reply and move on

Once you click "Reply in Gmail", Slokoto marks the todo as complete. You don't need to manually select an outcome — Slokoto will detect the outcome automatically from subsequent email activity (your reply, their response, etc.).

4. Move to the next item

Slokoto will track what happened and learn from the results.

Filtering your Todo

Use the toggle buttons at the top:

  • All: See everything
  • Act Now: Urgent items only
  • Today: Items for today

Tips for success

  • Process your Todo daily - Even 15 minutes in the morning makes a difference
  • Trust the priority - Slokoto analyzes many signals; high priority items have the best timing
  • Edit AI drafts - They're meant to be starting points, not final messages
  • Log outcomes honestly - This helps Slokoto learn and improves future recommendations

Key terms

  • Priority: How important this action is (based on deal value, signals, and timing)
  • Urgency: When you should act (Act Now, Today, This Week)
  • Signals: Events that indicate interest (email opens, website visits, calls)
  • AI Draft: Slokoto's suggested message that you can edit
