Pipeline is your AI-managed CRM surface for active leads. Use it to understand stage distribution, ownership, deal value, and where leads are getting stuck. Do not use it as your daily task queue. Todo is for action now, and Upcoming is for scheduled or waiting states.
What you see
At the top of the page, Slokoto shows a live summary bar with:
- Total leads
- Total pipeline value
- Average AI confidence
You also get:
- A search box for name, email, phone, or company
- A Kanban / Table switch
- A My Leads / Team toggle for managers and admins
Two ways to work
Kanban view
Kanban groups leads into stage columns. Each card shows:
- Lead name and company
- Latest email subject or snippet
- Whether the most recent message was inbound or outbound
- Deal value, thread count, and time in stage
- AI confidence for the current stage
Use Kanban when you want to scan the whole book quickly and spot bottlenecks.
Table view
Table view is the structured CRM view. It supports:
- Sorting by column
- Search and advanced filters
- Grouping by stage or other fields
- Column visibility controls
- Inline editing for fields like name, company, phone, and deal value
- Direct links into the full Lead View
Use Table view when you need to audit many leads or make structured updates.
Suggesting stage changes
Slokoto manages stage placement automatically. If you think a lead belongs in another stage:
- Drag the lead in Kanban or use the stage controls in Table view
- Slokoto opens a suggestion flow and asks for your reasoning
- Add the evidence you have, such as a call outcome or off-email context
- Slokoto reviews that evidence before applying the change
This keeps the pipeline evidence-driven instead of allowing silent manual drift.

- Click a lead name to open Lead View
- Review AI confidence before escalating a stage disagreement
- Archive leads that should leave active workflow if you are an admin or manager
- Use the Team view to spot ownership gaps or overloaded reps
