Pipeline mirrors the selected external CRM pipeline and adds Slokoto intelligence. Use it to understand stage distribution, ownership, deal value, risk, and where opportunities are getting stuck. Do not use it as your daily task queue. Todo is the ranked action surface, and Upcoming is for scheduled or waiting states.
When external CRM authority is active, the CRM owns stages, owners, contacts, values, notes, and custom fields. Slokoto does not infer a replacement pipeline or write those facts back. Native Sales workspaces retain their existing editable pipeline behavior.
What you see
At the top of the page, Slokoto shows a live summary bar with:
- Total leads
- Total pipeline value
- Average AI confidence
You also get:
- A search box for name, email, phone, or company
- A Kanban / Table switch
- A My Leads / Team toggle for managers and admins
Two ways to work
Kanban view
Kanban groups leads into stage columns. Each card shows:
- Lead name and company
- Latest email subject or snippet
- Whether the most recent message was inbound or outbound
- Deal value, thread count, and time in stage
- Slokoto priority and evidence-backed risk context
Use Kanban when you want to scan the whole book quickly and spot bottlenecks.
Table view
Table view is the structured CRM view. It supports:
- Sorting by column
- Search and advanced filters
- Grouping by stage or other fields
- Column visibility controls
- Read-only CRM facts and source links when an external CRM is authoritative
- Direct links into the full Lead View
Use Table view when you need to audit many leads or make structured updates.
Updating CRM-owned facts
When an external CRM is authoritative, update a stage, owner, contact, value, note, or custom field in that CRM. Slokoto mirrors the change after a webhook or reconciliation sync. Drag-and-drop and AI stage suggestions are disabled in this mode.
Slokoto-owned work remains editable: Todo state, internal annotations, AI summaries, priority, risk, and approved CRM comment drafts.
