Every paid plan includes monthly Lead Credits. One Lead Credit covers one efficient AI-managed lead for up to 12 months; Balanced and Smart Mix use 2 credits, and Frontier uses 5 credits.
A lead is charged once when Slokoto accepts it as a real tracked lead. Normal AI work across email, SMS, chat, summaries, scoring, drafts, automations, and timeline updates is included in that lifecycle.
Plan limits apply to new leads, active automations, seats, and integrations. If you temporarily exceed an included limit, Slokoto shows a grace banner. Only new leads can incur overage fees at $0.35 per additional new lead after the grace period; seats, integrations, and automations require an upgrade or a reduction in usage.
