The Activity view is your trust and audit ledger for user-visible work. It shows customer activity, AI work that affected your workspace, and your team's actions, with clear cost transparency so you always know what is free and what uses your AI Actions allowance.
What it does
Activity answers three questions:
- What is Slokoto seeing?
- What did AI do and why did it cost me?
- What did my team do?
This is the customer-facing audit trail. Internal recovery and no-op maintenance diagnostics stay out of this view unless they create user-visible activity or consume AI Actions.
What Activity does not show
Activity is intentionally focused on trust, not internal noise.
It does not show:
- Empty fallback checks that did not change lead state
- Internal system heartbeat or runner cycle diagnostics
- Background maintenance that did not create customer-visible value or AI cost
The three activity types
Signals (free)
Signals are events that happen on the customer side. They are automatically detected and never cost anything.
Examples:
- Customer sent you a message
- Customer called you
- Deal stage changed because new evidence arrived
- New lead with customer activity
- Customer visited your website
These are not signals:
- You sent an email
- You made a call
- You updated a lead note
AI Actions (uses your allowance)
AI Actions are reasoning steps where Slokoto analyzes information and makes a decision.
Examples:
- Evaluated lead priority
- Generated a Todo action
- Generated a draft reply
- Re-evaluated urgency
- Analyzed conversation context
- Created a "Why now" explanation
User Actions (free)
User Actions are things your team does in response to Slokoto.
Examples:
- Email sent
- Call logged
- Snoozed action
- Marked not relevant
- Meeting scheduled

At the bottom of the page, Slokoto summarizes recent totals for the visible Signals, AI Actions, and User Actions in this trust ledger.

| User Action | Something you or your team did (free) |

Activity vs Todo vs Archive
| View | Purpose | Shows |
|---|---|---|
| Todo | Execution | Actionable AI recommendations |
| Activity | Audit | Everything Slokoto observed or did |
| Archive | Removal from active work | Leads intentionally removed from Todo, Upcoming, and Pipeline |
A single lead might have:
- 20 activities
- 3 Todo items over time
- 1 archive record if your team removes it from active work
Real-time updates
The Activity view is live:
- New activities appear automatically
- Relative timestamps update continuously
- You do not need to refresh the page
This helps when monitoring sync health, verifying that replies were ingested, or understanding what AI just decided.
Tips
- Use Activity when reviewing AI usage or debugging a confusing recommendation
- Keep it open during integrations setup to confirm events are arriving
- Remember that Activity is read-only; opening it never triggers AI work
Cost transparency promise
Slokoto is designed around trust. The Activity view ensures:
- Every AI Action is logged and visible
- Costs are clearly labeled on every row
- No hidden or background billing
- Internal fallback checks that do nothing are kept out of the feed
- You can audit your usage anytime
