The Activity view is your trust and audit ledger - it shows everything Slokoto observes and does, with clear cost transparency so you always know what's free and what uses your AI Actions allowance.
What it does
Activity answers three key questions:
- What is Slokoto seeing? - All signals from your connected tools
- What did AI do and why did it cost me? - Every AI reasoning step, clearly labeled
- What did my team do? - User actions taken in response to recommendations
This is your complete audit trail - nothing is hidden.
The Three Activity Types
Signals (Free)
Signals are events Slokoto observes from your connected integrations. These are automatically collected and never cost anything.
Examples:
- 📧 Email opened
- 📧 Email clicked
- 📧 Incoming email received
- 💬 Chat message received
- 📞 Call logged
- 🌐 Website page visited
- 📅 Calendar event created
AI Actions (Uses Your Allowance)
AI Actions are meaningful reasoning steps where Slokoto's AI analyzes information and makes decisions. Each one is deducted from your monthly AI Actions allowance.
Examples:
- ✨ Evaluated lead priority
- ✨ Generated a Todo action
- ✨ Generated a draft reply
- ✨ Re-evaluated urgency
- ✨ Analyzed conversation context
- ✨ Created a "Why now" explanation
User Actions (Free)
User Actions are things you and your team do in response to Slokoto's recommendations. These are always free.
Examples:
- 👤 Email sent
- 👤 Call logged
- 👤 Snoozed action
- 👤 Marked not relevant
- 👤 Meeting scheduled
How to use it
Viewing Activities
- Navigate to Activity in the sidebar
- By default, you see All activities in chronological order
- Use the tabs to filter: All | Signals | AI Actions | User Actions
Using Filters
- Search: Find activities by lead name or company
- Cost Filter: Show "All", "Free only", or "AI Actions only"
- Source Filter: Filter by integration source (Gmail, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding the Cost Column
Every activity row shows a Cost field:
- Free (green) - Signals and User Actions
- 1 AI Action or 2 AI Actions (purple) - AI reasoning steps
The cost is never hidden - this is your guarantee of billing transparency.
Summary Bar
At the bottom of the page, you'll see a summary for the last 7 days:
- Total Signals (Free)
- Total AI Actions (with count used)
- Total User Actions (Free)

Activity vs Todo vs History
Understanding how these three views relate:

- 20 activities (signals + AI actions)

Tips
- Check Activity when reviewing costs - If you want to understand your AI Action usage, filter by "AI Actions only"
- Use Activity for debugging - If a recommendation seems off, check what signals Slokoto saw
- Activity is read-only - Viewing this page never triggers AI calls or costs
- Background AI is visible - Even automatic AI evaluations appear here, so there's no hidden billing
