How the trial works
Starting a trial
- Sign up at slokoto.com with email/password or Google login
- Your workspace is created automatically with the Trial plan
- Connect Gmail to start discovering leads immediately
- You have 14 days of full access from the moment your subscription begins
Trial timeline and reminders
Slokoto keeps you informed throughout your trial:
- Day 1-7: A blue info banner shows your remaining days
- Day 7: Email reminder: your trial is halfway through
- Day 8-11: A yellow warning banner appears
- Day 3 remaining: Email reminder with upgrade prompt
- Day 1-3: An orange urgent banner encourages upgrading
- Last day: Email reminder: this is your last day
- Day 0: Email notification: your trial has ended
You will also see the trial countdown banner at the top of every page in Slokoto so you always know where you stand.
One trial per account
Each email address is eligible for one free trial. If you have already used a trial, starting a new subscription will link to your existing workspace so you keep all your data.
What happens when the trial ends
When your 14-day trial expires:
- Your workspace enters read-only mode (the Expired plan)
- All your data is preserved: leads, contacts, email threads, automations, settings, and AI configurations
- AI features pause: no new AI actions, automations stop, lead scoring pauses
- You can still log in and view everything, but you cannot send emails or create new leads
Your data is safe. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends.
Upgrading to a paid plan
During the trial
Click "Review Plans" or "Upgrade now" from the trial countdown banner, or go to Billing > Upgrade Plan.
Since your trial includes Team-level features, the Team plan is the natural upgrade path if you want to keep everything as-is. You can also choose Solo (for individual use) or Revenue (for advanced features).
After the trial ends
You can upgrade at any time after the trial expires. When you do:
- Your workspace reactivates instantly
- All your data, leads, and settings are restored
- Automations resume where they left off
- No setup or re-configuration needed
