History View

See what Slokoto helped you with and what happened next.

What it does

History shows every lead Slokoto recommended action on and tracks what happened afterward. It's your proof that Slokoto works - you can see which deals closed, which are still moving, and which need follow-up.

Important: History is NOT a CRM. It only shows leads that Slokoto acted on, not your entire pipeline.

Why History matters

  • Prove ROI - Show your manager exactly which deals closed after Slokoto's recommendations
  • Learn what works - See which actions and timing led to the best outcomes
  • Catch opportunities - Find leads that need attention again

What you see

Each History item shows:

Lead InfoName, company, and who handled it
Deal ValueHow much the deal is worth
Stage at TimeWhere the deal was when Slokoto acted
Action TakenWhat was done (email sent, call logged, etc.)
OutcomeWhat happened (Won, Need Attention, In Progress, Not Responding, Lost)
Time InfoWhen it was handled and time to outcome

Outcomes Explained

OutcomeWhat it means
🟢 WonDeal closed successfully! Slokoto helped you win this one.
🟠 Need AttentionThis lead needs follow-up. It may reappear in your Todo.
🟡 In ProgressDeal is moving forward normally. No action needed right now.
Not RespondingNo reply after your action. May need a different approach.
🔴 LostDeal didn't close. Use this data to learn and improve.

Using filters

Filter your History to find what you need:

  • Date Range: Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time
  • Outcome: Filter by Won, Need Attention, In Progress, Not Responding, or Lost
  • Priority: High, Medium, or Low priority when handled
  • Channel: Email, Call, Message, etc.
  • Sort: Most recent, highest value, fastest to win, or priority

Click any History item to see the full story:

  1. Why Slokoto flagged this - The signals and reasons
  2. Recommendation vs. Actual - What Slokoto suggested vs. what you did
  3. Draft vs. Final - Compare the AI draft to what you actually sent
  4. Timeline - Key events from action to outcome
  5. Feedback - Any feedback you provided

Summary bar

At the top, see your overall performance:

  • How many deals Won, In Progress, Lost, etc.
  • Your win rate
  • Average time to win
  • Total value won

Tips

  • Review History weekly - Look for patterns in what's working
  • Pay attention to "Need Attention" - These leads deserve another look
  • Learn from Lost deals - They're opportunities to improve
  • Share wins with your manager - History makes ROI visible
