What it does
Account Settings is where each user manages their own account details, security, working preferences, notification choices, connected personal integrations, and usage visibility.
How to access it
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of Backoffice.
- Click Account.
You can also jump directly to Notifications from the same avatar menu.
Tabs explained
My Profile
Use this tab to manage your basic account details:
- Name - Your display name across Slokoto
- Phone - Your contact phone number
- Timezone - Used for scheduling and time-based displays
- Email - Your account email
- Role - Your assigned workspace role
- Profile picture - Your avatar shown in Backoffice
Security
Use this tab to protect your account:
- Change your password
- Review security-related account settings
- Prepare for stronger account controls as they are added
Preferences
Use this tab to control how Slokoto works around your schedule:
- Default landing page - Choose where you land first
- Working hours - Define when you are normally available
- Availability preferences - Help Slokoto respect your schedule when it prioritizes work
Notifications
Use this tab to control how much signal you receive:
- Email notifications - Master switch for email alerts
- Push notifications - Browser notifications
- Todo reminders - Reminder alerts for pending work
- Weekly digest - Summary email preference
- Lead event toggles - Choose which lead events should notify you

Integrations
Use this tab to review and manage integrations tied to your user account.
This is especially relevant for integrations that are connected per rep, such as Gmail.
Usage
Use this tab to understand your current usage:
- AI usage and balance visibility
- Personal activity volume
- Other plan-related usage information shown to your account
