What it does
The Profile settings allow you to personalize your Slokoto experience. You can update your personal information, manage security settings, customize how the system displays information, and configure AI behavior to match your preferences.
How to access it
Click on your avatar (the circular icon with your initials) in the top-right corner of any page, then click "Profile" from the dropdown menu.

My Profile
Update your basic information:
- Name: Your display name shown across the system
- Phone: Your contact phone number (used for certain integrations)
- Timezone: Set your timezone to ensure todos appear at the right times
- Email: Your account email (cannot be changed - contact support if needed)
- Role: Your assigned role (set by your admin)
- Profile Picture: Upload a photo to personalize your account
Security
Manage your account security:
- Change Password: Update your account password
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security (coming soon)
- Active Sessions: See where you're logged in and revoke access if needed
Preferences

- Default Landing Page: Choose whether to start on Todo or Dashboard
- Notifications: Toggle email digests and browser notifications
- Sound Alerts: Enable/disable audio notifications for new todos
- Working Hours: Set your typical work schedule so AI respects your availability
AI Preferences
Fine-tune how Slokoto's AI assists you:
- Todo Density: Control how many todos you receive daily (Light, Medium, Aggressive)
- Communication Tone: Set the style for AI-drafted messages (Professional, Friendly, Direct, Casual)
- Custom Guidelines: Add specific instructions for how AI should draft your messages
Usage
View your activity statistics for the current period:
- AI Actions Used: Track your AI usage against your plan limit
- Todos Handled: See how many todos you've completed, snoozed, or skipped
- Response Time: Your average time to handle recommended actions
