Slokoto's Todo list is meant to show sales follow-ups that truly require action now.
To prevent noise, Slokoto uses AI and rule checks to review the context before anything is shown as a Todo.
What it does
- Every Todo is AI-approved.
- Slokoto looks at the conversation context and recent activity and decides:
If AI decides it is not actionable, Slokoto will not add it to the Todo list.
What usually goes to Todo
- A customer asked a question and is waiting on your reply
- A customer replied after you were waiting
- A scheduled follow-up is now due
- A lead is back at risk and needs action now
What usually does not go to Todo
- A lead is won, lost, or otherwise terminal
- You already replied and are now waiting on the customer
- The next step is scheduled for a future date
- The message is operational noise, not a real sales follow-up
Those leads can stay out of Todo completely or live in Upcoming until they are actionable again.
How to use it
- Go to Backoffice -> Todo.
- Review the suggested action.
- Look at the reason text. It should explain what the customer is waiting for and why this belongs in Todo now.
- Complete, snooze, or dismiss the Todo.
Key terms
- Todo: A recommended sales action that requires attention.
- Upcoming: A scheduled or waiting state that does not require action yet.
- Actionable: AI believes a sales rep should do something now.
- Not actionable: AI believes no sales action is needed.
Tips / Best practices
- If you see a Todo that looks wrong, dismiss it and give feedback so Slokoto learns.
- Managers should keep inbox-type operational requests out of the sales Todo list. Those belong in day-to-day operations, not deal follow-up.
- If a lead is real but not urgent yet, use Upcoming instead of leaving it in Todo.
